Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

1. Refund Policy

We follow a No Refund Policy.

Refunds will not be issued to the original payment method.

If your request is approved, a store credit coupon code (valid for 30 days) will be issued, which can only be used on the official ADYRA website.

Store credit is provided only in the following cases:

  • Product lost in transit
  • Product damaged during shipping (unboxing video required)

Store credit will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Size issues
  • Change of mind

2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched.
  • Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you wish to make any changes to your order (size, product, address, etc.), you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation or modification requests after shipping will not be accepted.
  • For prepaid order cancellations, only a store credit coupon code will be provided.
  • Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size issues only. Returns and refunds are not applicable.

Exchange Terms:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos of the product with tags must be uploaded for verification.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • An exchange fee of ₹250 applies (covers reverse pickup and delivery).
  • The exchange process may take 6–7 working days.
  • The requested product will be dispatched only after the reverse pickup is completed and approved.
  • Exchange is allowed only one time per order.
  • We do not provide store credit in place of exchange.
  • If the requested size is unavailable at the time of request, the exchange request will not be approved.
  • If the requested size goes out of stock during the exchange process, we may offer:
  • Alternative product exchange
  • Store credit coupon code (valid for 30 days)

Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided.

Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.

If your area is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you must self-ship the product. In such cases, the exchange fee will not be charged. Shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.

4. Important Notes

For damaged or wrong product claims, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The complete unboxing process
  • The product and the issue/damage clearly

Without a proper unboxing video, the claim will not be considered valid.

Products returned in used, washed, damaged, or tagless condition will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or operational delays beyond our control.

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. We do not support repeated exchanges.
